2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father name is Munuswami, which has been mentioned in the small cause title of the writ petition. However, while typing the petitioner's name, it has been inadvertently typed as K.Saravanan in the writ petition, which is reflected in the order copy. The correct name of the petitioner is M.Saravanan.

3. There has been no serious objection by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. Hence, the Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the writ petition affidavit as well as in the order as the petitioner's name should be typed as M.Saravanan instead of K.Saravanan and as a 2/4
