This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.08.2022 in accordance with law and file final report within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) submitted that enquiry has been conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner and the same has been closed based on the undertaking given by the respondent therein.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
