This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 566 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the order dated 21.11.2023 made in Spl.C.C.No.35 of 2022 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram ( FTMC), Udhagamandalam, Nilgiris.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 566 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
