ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the land and fix boundary stones in respect of Natham Survey No.267/10 measuring an extent of 0.01.22 Hectare, situated in Alambadi Village, Tittagudi Taluk and Cuddalore District on the basis of the application dated 10.08.2022.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the aforesaid property. In order to find out the boundaries of the said property, the petitioner gave a representation dated 10.08.2022 to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to survey the property by fixing boundaries in the aforesaid property and remitted necessary fees for the same. As the said representations made by the petitioner has evoked no response, the petitioner has filed this present Writ Petition.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to survey the land and fix 2/6

boundary stones in respect of Natham Survey No.267/10 measuring an extent of 0.01.22 Hectare, situated in Alambadi Village, Tittagudi Taluk and Cuddalore District on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 10.08.2022 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.

4. Mr.U.Bharanidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that if any direction is given by this Court, the same will be complied with.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation 10.08.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This Writ Petition is accordingly is disposed of. No costs. 22.11.2022 gba 3/6
