This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.12755 of 2023, by an order dated 13.06.2023, to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders,

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
