ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents, particularly the 2nd respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2024 and to Survey land and fix the boundary in respect of Survey Nos.23/15B 0-14.00 Airs, 23/15F 0-3.00 Airs, 23/15C1 0-4.00 Airs, 23/15C2A 0-12.58 Airs land in situated at Koo.Athanoor Village, Vriddhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District.
2. Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

The case of the petitioner is that the property comprised in Survey Nos.23/15B 0-14.00 Airs, 23/15F 0-3.00 Airs, 23/15C1 0-4.00 Airs, 23/15C2A 0-12.58 Airs, situated at Koo.Athanoor Village, Vriddhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District belongs to petitioner. The petitioner made an online application dated 10.05.2024 to survey the land 2/6
and fix the boundaries along with relevant documents and requisite fee. However, the same was not conducted by the respondents. Thus, the petitioner sent a representation dated 08.06.2024 to the first respondent, to conduct survey and fix the boundaries in respect of the aforementioned survey numbers. However, till date, no orders was passed by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.
4. Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2024 to survey the property and fix the boundaries.

After getting written instruction, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the Revenue Tahsildar, Vriddhachalam has sent a communication to the petitioner, stating that, proceedings have been issued to the Surveyor for conducting survey in the petitioner's land on 10.09.2025. 3/6
6. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents to conduct a survey and fix the boundaries in respect of aforesaid petitioner's property, after giving due notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved persons, if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say, in case of any obstruction being created by third parties, the second respondent is at liberty to approach the Police officials, in which case, the Police officials shall render assistance to the second respondent to carry out the aforesaid exercise.
8. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
