3.Mr.A.Prithiviraj, learned representing counsel would submit that Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent/claimant and he has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

4. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 220 days is hereby condoned.
