On perusal of the award, against which the writ petition is filed. It is clear that the workman has been ordered to be reinstated into service with back wages. The workman has filed an affidavit, specifically stating in paragraph No.5 that he is not gainfully employed. 2. Accordingly, this W.M.P. is ordered, directing the management to pay the last drawn wages from January 2024. The arrears of the last drawn wages shall be paid within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a website-uploaded copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
