ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the order passed by the CCB & CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Egmore, passed in Crl.M.P.No.9068 of 2019 dated 14.08.2019, to appear before the respondent police daily at 9.00 A.M. for a period of two weeks, to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Chennai-600 016.

2. Heard Mr.K.Jaganathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 9.00 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation instead of the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Chennai-600 016 daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 14.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.9068 of 2019 shall remain intact.

4. This Criminal Original Petition stands ordered accordingly.
