This application has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 22 to 27 as legal heirs of the 8th respondent as the respondents 22 to 27 in the Original Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that only at the time of filing this Original Petition, he came to know the demise of the 8th respondent and hence, he has filed this application to bring on record the legal representatives of the 8th respondent.

3. The main Original Petition has been filed for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the Will of one M.Pattammal. The eight respondent is the legal representative of the son of the said Pattammal. Considering the fact that the legal representatives of the 8th respondent are proper and necessary party to the Original Petition, this application is Ordered as prayed for.

4. The applicant is directed to carry out amendment. Notice to the respondents, including the newly impleaded parties returnable by 22.12.2023. Private notice is also permitted. Amended copy of the petition by then.
