The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.339 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 342, 294(b), 324, 307 & 302 of IPC.
2. It is stated that the deceased had given a complaint against the accused that they had indulged in breaking the statue of Dr.Ambedkar. Enraged by that, the accused had waylaid the deceased and committed murder on 07.05.2023.
3. It is stated that the petitioner had been under incarceration from 08.05.2023 and some of the accused had also been granted bail. There was also injuries caused to one of the accused.
4. It is also stated that the investigation had been completed and final report had also been filed and the same had been taken cognizance as PRC.No.52 of 2023 by the Judicial Magistrate II at Ponneri, and it was committed to the Sessions Court at Thiruvallur on 04.11.2023.

5. Let the charges be framed by the Sessions Court, Thiruvallur, which would be a substantial change in circumstances There can then be consideration of the application seeking bail. At this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
