This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.19051 of 2023, by an order dated 29.8.2023, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned jurisdictional Court weekly once till the matter is taken cognizance and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates without fail, except for unforeseen circumstances till the completion of the trial.
