ORDER

Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. With the consent of both the learned counsels, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The above writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 23.05.2025 and 28.06.2025, by the respondents and pass orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3.The case of the petitioner is that she was initially appointed as Higher Grade Teacher on 18.11.1988. However, she was dismissed from service on 17.01.1989, on the ground that she had acquired her teaching qualification of Higher Secondary with Vocational Course. The petitioner adds that she challenged the said dismissal order by filing an Original Application before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal and subsequently, the case was transferred to the file of this Court and was renumbered as WP.No.5855/2007. The said writ petition was ordered on 29.11.2011 with a direction to reinstate the petitioner into service on certain conditions. The petitioner submits that as 2/5

against the order dated 29.11.2011, the Government preferred a writ appeal in WA.No.1407/2013 which was dismissed on 13.02.2014, confirming the order passed in WP.No.5855/2007. The petitioner further submits that pursuant to the aforesaid legal battle, she was appointed as Junior Grade Teacher in the respondent's service on 26.09.2014 and is working as on date as Junior Grade Teacher. While so, the petitioner had sent a representation to the 1 st respondent seeking declaration of her probation and to regularise her services. However, the 1 st respondent had turned down the request of the petitioner. Against the rejection order, the petitioner filed WP.No.9402/2024 and the said writ petition was disposed of by this Court directing the respondents to calculate the retiral benefits and pension in certain terms.

The petitioner, for implementation of the order of this Court passed in WP.No.9402/2024 dated 19.06.2024, has submitted representations on 23.05.2025 and 28.06.2025 respectively. Since the said representations did not evoke any response, the petitioner has filed the above writ petition for the aforesaid relief.

5.Under the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the limited prayer in the writ petition, a direction is issued to the 1 st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 23.03.2025 and 28.06.2025 respectively, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case. 6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
