ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner, his son M.Bharath and grandchildren B.Subhiksha and B.Jishnu that they belong to Kurumans(ST) community based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner's daughter which was confirmed by the State Level Scrutiny Committee in Proceedings No.9368/CV-3(2)/2022 dated 03.07.2023 and State Level Scrutiny report in respect of petitioner's own brother's son M.Adiyaman in Proceedings No.11228/CVIII/2014 dated 01.12.2014.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would state that the community certificate had been issued to the petitioner as prayed for in this writ petition.

3. The aforesaid statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.
