ORDER

(The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing/Hybrid Mode".) The present Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.2320 of 2013, within a period of three months. It is informed that pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.2320 of 2013 was rejected on 08.08.2019 and hence, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
