This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.08.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the 3rd respondent on 01.08.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the parties concerned and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
