PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to set aside the order dated 09.10.2019 passed by the Fast Track Court - I, (Magisterial Level) Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.2235 of 2019 in C.C.No.358 of 2014 by allowing this Criminal Original Petition.

The present petition is filed seeking to set aside the order dated 09.10.2019 passed by the learned Magistrate, Fast Track Court - I, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.2235 of 2019 in C.C.No.358 of 2014.

2. I do not find any infirmity in the rejection order passed by the Trial Court, since the complainant had stated during the cross examination that he has knowledge about the reply notice and the petitioner herein always has the option of filing the notice before the Court, by entering into the witness box. As such, the application seeking for cross examining the advocate is not warranted. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
