O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and perusing the records, we are of the view that this petition should be disposed of with a direction to the Municipality to look into the allegation of unauthorised constructions around the Kodaikanal lake and proceed in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned. Necessary exercise be undertaken within three (3) months of receipt of the order.
