This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.9 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in this case has been completed, final report has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Cuddalore and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.461 of 2022.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is of the view that the prayer sought by the petitioner cannot be entertained.
