(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) These petitions are filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to accept the cause title in the above tax case appeals.

2. Heard Mr. N.V. Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant.

We perused the affidavit of the petitioner filed in support of these petitions, wherein, it has been stated that its registered office was relocated to 5th Floor, Prince Infocity II, 141, Kottivakkam Village, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Kandanchavadi, Chennai - 600 096 and therefore, the present address to be incorporated in the cause title of these appeals.

4. On the basis of the aforesaid reason and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
