2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar, learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the case is ended in aquittal on 24.02.2020 before the Additional Mahila Court in C.C.No.26 of 2016.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
