This application has been filed for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to record the evidence of the petitioner in the Original Petition.

2. The applicant has filed the Original Petition for grant of probate the last Will of and Testament of A.M.Prabhakaran. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the applicant is now 82 years and has been hospitalized from 01.102023. Hence, seeks to appoint an Advocate Commissioner for recording the evidence of the petitioner.
