When it was pointed out by Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that the Petitioner has not made representation to the Inspector of Panchayats, who is the concerned authority under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to pursue his legal remedies before the proper forum in accordance with law and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
