This application coming on this day before this Court for hearing, in the presence of Mr.P.Murugan, the Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu, appearing in person and Mr.R.Krishnamurthy, advocate for the respondent herein and upon reading the Judges Summons and the report of the Official Trustee and the counter affidavit of Dillibatcha filed herein, the Administrator General and Official Trustee stated that an agreement was entered into between the applicant and the respondents for a period of 11 months and the same expires on September 2020, it is ordered:- That the respondents herein be and are hereby permitted to continue in the premises till September 2020 and shall vacate the same on or before 01.10.2020.

This application coming on this day before this Court for hearing, the Court made the following order:- This application is filed by the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee, to permit to demolish and reconstruction of the building at premises No.10, Venkatesa Gramani Street, Chinthadripet, Chennai 2 after awaiting necessary approval plan from Corporation of Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee, stated that an agreement was entered into between the applicant and the respondents for a period of 11

months and the same expires on September 2020. Therefore, the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee, seeks the permission of this court for demolishing and reconstruction of the building at Door No.10, Venkatesa Gramani Street, Chinthadripet, Chennai 600 002. In view of the same, the respondents are permitted to continue in the premises till September 2020 and shall vacate the same on or before 01.10.2020.
