ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondent to disburse the amounts lying in Savings Bank A/c. No.418565026 to the petitioner, the sole surviving legal heir of the deceased husband Hari in accordance with the Hindu Succession Act.

2. By consent of both the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent the following directions are issued :

the respondent shall consider the claim form No.5 of 2016 given by the petitioner to the respondent bank along with enclosures on 19.11.2015 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
