ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking relief to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.32 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, CCB, Chennai as illegal. 2.

Heard Mr.Janarthanam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and Mr.N.A.ravindran, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that in respect of the petition mentioned Crime No.32 of 2019, the first respondent Police herein completed the investigation and filed final report and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.9008 of 2019 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Exclusive for try the cases initiated by the CCB and CBCID Metro, Egmore.

In view of the above, since already the investigation has been completed in the petition mentioned crime number, nothing survive for further adjudication.

Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed after granting liberty to the petitioner for filing application to quash the charge sheet.
