ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to conduct a proper investigation and lay the charge sheet in Crime No.269 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Bavani,
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even though there are strong materials to show that the victims have sustained serious injuries, the investigation is not expedited in a manner it was expected by the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint itself has been registered on 05.11.2022; unless sufficient time is given, the investigation cannot be done in a proper manner.
5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and also taking into consideration of the serious
allegations, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry and file a final report within the statutory time limit.
6. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
