ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records in respect of the case registered as against the petitioners in Crime No.60/2021, on the file of Inspector of Police Central Crime branch, Team - 3, Chennai, and quash the same.

2.When this Court is not inclined to accept the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners for quashing the FIR against the petitioners, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court for withdrawing this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the above submissions, permission is granted and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
