C.M.P.No.23206 of 2019 and TR.CMP.No.795 of 2018 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, The petitioner herein has filed Tr.CMP.No.795 of 2019, praying for withdrawing the H.M.O.P.No.2 of 2018, pending before the Subordinate Court, Palacode, Dharmapuri District and transfer the same to the Subordinate Court, Sangagiri, Salem District, for joint trial along with H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2018 pending before the Subordinate Court, Sangagiri, Salem District.

2. Notice was directed to be issued on 08.11.2018 by this Court. Notice sent to the respondent had returned as 'left' and Court notice was also sent, which returned with endorsement as 'no such person'. Hence, this Court is directs the petitioner to take substituted service to the last known address of the respondent, by way of paper publication in any one of the Tamil Newpaper i.e., (Malai Murasu) widely circulated in the area where the respondent resides, indicating the date of hearing as 21.11.2019. This petition is ordered accordingly.
