The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner-University submitted that the Intellectual Property Regulations (IPR) Rules are framed and the IPR Division is going to be inaugurated.

2. In view of the above submissions, the Registry is directed to transfer the matter and place before the Court, which is going to deal with IPR cases.
