The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the award was passed as early as in the year 2016 and subsequent to the passing of award, the present application came to be filed.

2. Since the said award was not challenged till now, this Court is of the considered view that applicant can very well file the execution petiton and obtain appropriate orders for the execution of the decree.

3. No further order is required in this application and hence, this application is closed.
