ORDER
The respondent bank has no objection to permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount from his account provided the petitioner appear before the respondent bank along with all the legal representatives and execute an indemnity bond to the satisfaction of the bank, in order to avoid further dispute in the matter of withdrawal of amount.
2. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to comply with the aforesaid conditions for withdrawal of money.
