The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.10.2022 for the offence under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 363, 341, 307, 506(ii) I.P.C. altered to Sections 147, 148, 120B, 294(b), 363, 341, 302 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.896 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioners have been detained under Act 14 of 1982.
