O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take immediate action on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.09.2024 to remove the Car Maruti Alto bearing No.TN 60 S 6309 parked

in front of the western side gate of the petitioner's property.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the sixth respondent has parked her Car Maruti Alto bearing No.TN 60 S 6309 in front of the western gate of the petitioner's property. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 25.09.2024 to take immediate action to remove the car parked in front of the western gate of the petitioner's property, however, no action was taken. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 2 and 5 submits that the car was removed by the fifth respondent Police.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 2 and 5, no further orders

are required to be passed in this petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. However, the fifth respondent Police is directed to ensure that no vehicle is parked in front of the western gate of the petitioner's property. There shall be no order as to costs.
