2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 449, 506(ii) and 307 IPC r/w 25(1A) of Arms Act, 1959 in Crime No.89 of 2023. 3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the defacto complainant and A1 were jointly doing business and there were disputes between them. A1 had threatened the defacto complainant with gun 1/3
and the defacto complainant escaped. It is stated that the petitioner is one of the person working along with A1. Co-accused had been arrested. Thus, he prays for dismissal of this petition.
4. In view of the seriousness of the offence and also the fact A1 is still absconding and the gun is yet to be seized, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
