Mr.J.Govindaraj as Receiver to seize and take possession of the vehicle which is more fully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or respondent's men, agents, servants from respondent premises or wherever found with police aid and break open of premises.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that in this case, arbitration award has already been passed and receiver also appointed by this court vide order dated 07.12.2017.

2. Such view of the matter, this application is closed. It is for the applicant to work out its remedy before the appropriate forum and enforce the award as per law.
