ORDER
The allegation in this case is that on 26.06.2017, when the defacto complainant and L.W.2 were relieving themselves in a public pathway, the accused abused them in filthy language and attacked them. A1, being a juvenile, was dealt with under appropriate provisions and was acquitted. The case is now pending only against A2 and A3.

2. It is stated that they have permanently migrated to Kerala and their whereabouts are not known. Despite best efforts, summons have not been served for the past 8 years. Considering the nature of the allegations, even if summons are served in the future, the same would violate the right to a speedy trial of the accused.
3. Accordingly, the proceedings in C.C.No.100171 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No. I, Jayamkondam Taluk, Ariyalur stand quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands disposed of. 21.08.2025 nsl electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
