A.No.5556 of 2023 in O.P.No.282 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J., This application has been filed seeking to pass an order to modify the order dated 09.10.2023 passed in A.No.3010 of 2023 in O.P.No.282 of 2023, wherein, this Court has permitted the petitioner to have the custody of the children on every 2nd and 4th saturdays of every month, at 11.00 AM, at Play Area, 3rd Floor, Express Avenue, 17, Pattuloos Road, Express Estate, Chennai - 600 002.

2. Now, the application has been moved out by the petitioner herein to modify the said order instead of Saturday, even during the working hours, the children would be present in the Child Care Centre Family Court, Chennai.

3. This Court is of the view that the children will have a better atmosphere away from the Court premises.

4. Hence, I do not find any merits in this Application and the same stands dismissed. Let the interim order already granted by this Court shall continue until further orders.
