The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari and to call for the records from the first respondent and to quash the G.O.No.2(d) 153 Revenue (Service-I) for the year 2016 - 2017 dated 12.05.2017 by the fourth respondent.
2.This petition is today heard through Video Conferencing. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who was present along with her, placed her submissions before this Court.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner was not given promotion and he was imposed with the punishment of stoppage of increment. Challenging the said punishment, the petitioner preferred appeal before the Appellate Authority. Hence, liberty may be given to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law after disposal of the appeal. 4.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy in the manner known to law after disposal of the appeal preferred before the Appellate Authority. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
