This petition is filed to condone the delay of 125 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.K.Venkata Varadhan, learned counsel for the respondent.

Despite learned counsel for the respondent made stiff opposition in allowing this petition, having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit as well as the additional affidavit, we are inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, the delay of 125 days in filing the writ appeal stands condoned.
