A.No.5506, 5507 and 5508 of 2023 in C.S.No.895 of 2015 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., These applications have been filed seeking for the following reliefs: a) Permit the applicant / plaintiff to file the additional documents; b) Permit the applicant / plaintiff to reopen the plaintiffs' evidence; c) Permit the applicant / plaintiff to recall the plaintiffs witness.

2. A counter affidavit has also been filed by the respondent / defendant to all these applications. However, as seen from the affidavit filed in support of these applications, sufficient cause has been shown by the applicants / plaintiffs for allowing these applications. Eventhough objections have been raised in the counter affidavit, this Court after giving due consideration to the same, is rejecting those objections since sufficient cause has been shown by the plaintiffs for allowing these applications.

3. Further, the additional documents sought to be received by this Court are all public documents. Therefore, sufficient cause has been shown by the plaintiffs for the reception of additional documents and further, this 1/3

Court is of the considered view that no prejudice will be caused if the additional documents (public documents) are allowed to be received and marked as exhibits subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.

4. For the foregoing reasons, these applications are allowed as prayed for and the additional documents disclosed in A.No.5508 of 2023 are allowed to be received and marked as exhibits subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.
