Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st Respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA ie., Cross Relaxation Massage in the name and style of "SYUSH SPA" at Door No.47/1, T,B Road, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, respondent police has not received any representation from the petitioner to run the SPA. If any such representation is received and the petitioner complies with the mandatory requirements to run the spa without any violation of law, same will be considered.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl, Side), this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
