ORDER
This case, Cr.No.643 of 2020 is registered for alleged offences under Section 294(b), 506(1) of Indian Penal Code, 1860. The parties have moved on and have no objection to the case being disposed of on compromise. Due to the unique manner in which this designated bench conducts hybrid hearings, the filing of written affidavits or terms of compromise is dispensed with. Considering the factual matrix, the context in which the conflict arose, the background of the parties, and their present position, this is an appropriate case Page No.1 of 3
for the exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as per Gian Singh -Vs State of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303).
2. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No. 80 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Ranipet Taluk, Ranipet shall stands quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands allowed. 25.08.2025 nsl electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
