ORDER
This application has been filed seeking appointment of a receiver to seize the vehicle, which was purchased under the loan agreement.
2. This court by an order dated 12.12.2017, has appointed a receiver to take custody of the vehicle on condition that the applicant shall initiate the arbitration proceedings within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, failing which, the order made in this application would stand revoked, without further orders. However, there is no representation from the applicant as to whether the arbitration proceedings are initiated or not and no materials available for the same.
3. In such view of the matter, this application stands dismissed. No costs.
