This Criminal Original Petition has been filed tto transfer the investigation in Crime No.479 of 2009 on the file of the respondent to some other investigating agency. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.479 of 2009 is pending for the period of ten years, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation as the transferring would affect the investigation. However, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.479 of 2009 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed.
