(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petition has been filed seeking issuance of direction for consideration of representation to discontinue the practice of granting temporary license to shops for selling crackers during festivals.

2. Petition, if we may say so, is bereft of any details nor it refers to any untoward incident in recent past, in any of the shops where such temporary license was granted.

3. Petition has been filed without any research and without any material and is completely baseless.
