This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 945 days in paying the deficit Court fees of Rs.1350/- in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the judgment and decree passed in M.C.O.P.No.70 of 2019 on the file of the MCOP Tribunal, Principal District Court, Ariyalur, pending disposal of this appeal.

3. Satisfying with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
