Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in its letter No 6766 / R1 / 2019- 1 and 2 dated 29.4.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of District Extension educator with effect from 31.03.2015 the date on which his junior was promoted.
