Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 13.10.2023. Today, Mr.Abrar Mohd. Abdullah, appearing for the petitioner would confirm that inspection was conducted and the petitioner has also been permitted to participate in the tender.

In light of the fact that the respondents have followed proper procedure conducting inspection of the petitioner's premises and also permitting the petitioner to participate in the tender, issuance of writ as sought for by the petitioner stands obviated. Let the matters take their own course now.
