CMP No.20317 of 2022 in CMA SR No.129091 of 2022 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J A Memo has been filed to the effect that 3rd respondent died and that the 1st and 2nd respondents are the legal heirs of the 3rd respondent and they are the mother and brother of the deceased.

2.The same is recorded. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.

3.The 1st and 2nd respondents have already been served with notice and their names have also been printed in the cause list. They are also the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd respondent. Similarly, notice has also been served on respondents 5 and 6 and the name of the 5th respondent has also been printed in the cause list and there is no representation either in person or through counsel for the 5th respondent. The 6th respondent is represented through a counsel. 4.This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 984 days in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J ssr 6.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 984 days is condoned.

7.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission.
